Cel Shading Request

Hey, can anyone do cell shading with PhotoShop? There is a tut at www.kirupa.com and I was wondering if anyone can do it. If you can, can you make me a sig for 70 XCash....I do well with PhotoShop, but that is too hard.

I just wan't a jumbled mess of people, neck up, who are very "punkish". Ya know, skater guys....spiked out hair...some with beanies.... Just put it on a 600x100 canvas and try to do it. If you can I'll give you 70XCash.

p.s. You will have to draw these characters yourself in Illustrator or sumthing like that.

if u have the skaters, punks, the rest of them already done, I can make them cell shaded. It wont be exactly like the photoshop one, but close.

Ok shadow. Save it seperatly without the color though. Maybe I can do it. You can try to cell shade it but if I don't like it I can try it. I'll still give you the Xcash though.

Mmmm... it's a really good method for coloring images. I tried it on a scanned drawing by my friend a while back: http://server4.uploadit.org/files2/121203-SomeGuyLightning.gif

It would look a lot cleaner if it started on the computer though. I'm interested to see how this turns out.

Not bad at all shadow (of the 25 variety) I love cell shaded graphics. *goes and buys Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker, XIII, and Cel Damage*
