After entering my 14th year of education i have noticed some thing (in UK anyway ) and i was wondering if anyone can support my ideas. they don't apply to every teacher, i would just say most of them, from my experience.

history teachers are always old and dull. some can be young and interesting, but the best ones, and by far the majority were there to watch it happen.

science teachers are usually strict and follow the rules (as their subject is scientific they use taylors theory x to govern people)

business teachers are usually male, except for the wishy washy aspects like work psychology, then they tend to be female.they give students lots of respect they are theory y based people.

maths teachers, these are polarised, you can tell they love maths and have a real passion for the subject, like my old maths teacher, she would come in in a bad mood and do some complicated maths, partial differentiation for example, and she would then be in a really good mood. the other stance they have is they hate teaching the subject, they loved the subject, did a maths degree and then realised the only thing they can do with it is teach maths but actually despise teaching people :P

thats as many i can be bothered to do. this may have been what i devised in the long hours sat at the back of boring classes but i think they are quite accurate

Rare Exceptions:

My U.S. history teacher is two years old in teaching, less than 30 years old, and a total by-the-book knowledgeless dolt.

Math teachers...Mine this year is awesome. He's a total sarcastic joker that doesn't mind if you like math or not, so long as you pay attention in class and work with him. Last year...total idiot. There was a question on a review practice with the question, "If a man enters a building at floor 1, takes an elevator to floor 15, and then goes back down to the basement (one floor below 1), how many different floors did the man pass or go to?" and she changes the answer key, saying 16 was wrong because he passed 1-14 twice, making it 30. I bet she would fail her own class as long as it wasn't taught in her stupid methods...

I only have one night class this term. It's Two hours and forty minutes long, and my prof has an obsession...he says the word 'Essential" (or variations of it) a lot. During one session, we counted 72 at the least (We're bound to have missed some). He once used essential or it's variations four times in less than 15 seconds; three times in one sentence, one in the next.

Yeah, it gets old.

My history teacher always refers to "Good AP students", "college-level courses/tests/work/classes/students/etc.", and so on...hilarious...

My english teachers are always nuts...... my science teachers are always eccentric..... my history teachers are usually energetic..... and my math teachers are usually ignoring me, the brightest pupil in the class. (No, I'm not joking. I always am the best. And yes, I am a bit big-headed..... it runs in my family.)

My PE teachers an old guy who thankfully just lets me ahngout in the library during first block because o my jankanused arm

my art teacher is a little out of touch with reality

my chemistry teacher is satan incarnate. he assigns thre chapters (40-60 pages) worth of notes and we have to anser all 100+ ?'s in two weeks

my math rocks. He lets you goof off in class but it more than likely means you fail because the whole grade is based on the weekly quizzes and we have next to no homework(which is good with chem).

my english teacher is a little spontaneous but she is pretty cool. she likes to bag on the most annoying kid in class (which is suprisingly not me) and she has a couple computers and a couch in her classroom

and my french teacher. . . she admits to being a ##### in france for a year. her classes are a little odd to say the least. when we learned articles of clothing we had to model it on a makeshift runway

it wasn't fun

and my advisor is completely out of it. he is obsessed with the rules about computers. i was reading an 8-bit theatre comic and got so mad. it was stupid

I don't know many of the otehr tteachers at my school, as it'[s only my first year...

some of my teachers are a lot like some of all of yours.

English Teacher: I actualy like the class, not the subject. y, because of the teacher. this guy is so easy. we get like one worksheet a day, and no homework. He is pretty linear for an English teacher though.
Comp Graphics: this is my easiest class by far. all we do is play in photoshop all day. He is pretty lazy. he gives us our assignment and sits in his chair on the computer.
Biology: My hardest class, but a fun one. The teacher is great. She has 2 hamsters and a dog at home, and in class(class pets) we have a gueanni pig(spelling) and 5 girbles. She gives a lot of work, but its generaly easy. She explains things a lot and is open and kind of spontanious.
Spanish 1: I hate this class. The teacher is the weirdest ever. first off she is a hippy. well sort of. anyway, she recycles everyting(we r forbidden to use store bought lined paper in class) and she is a vegetarian. she doens't even drink coffee.
Word History: this guy is cool. He is an old guy(in his late 50s) and is a WWII fan. He is pretty linear with his teaching, but the way he does it makes surprisingly easy. So easy I usualy get As in this class. But he has weird habit of remembering EVERYTHING we do. even someting we did in the begining of the year, he would remember it by the end of the year.
Geometry: A cool class. This teacher is awsome. She actualy plays MMORPGs for relaxation! she likes Diablo II and some King arthor thing. She is pretty energetic and high sprited. her only flaw is that she give homework almost everyday.

and those are my teachers. They are all pretty good(exept for Spanish. I hate her). and usualy fun.

I have only one Science teacher, and she has a knack for stating the differences between "Black, and White". Specifically when she used to explain about how White "Reflects", and Black "Attracts". Actually, it isn't specified to be said in a racial manner, but I found it quite humorous.

All of my teachers are cool but I had this teacher named Mrs. Lutton last year. One day this girl bent over and she looked at her butt and then she said "nice behind"It was really weird. And then she made us sing this song in spanish about cutting off body parts and she went around lughing insanely and making a scissor motions with her fingers. She was born in Freance and she didn't know a single word of Spanish. She got fired last year and know she is a bus driver

Woah... that's one freakish teacher. A song about body parts? While she's walking around making scissor motions? Remind me never to go to france.
