lens flare thing

How do u do that lens flare thing? like the one Jason uses a lot, and the one on tehman's sig. I really want to know, its a cool little trick.

Heh. In PSP 8, at least, you go to effects => lighting effects => sun burst.

I have no idea for fireworks MX. Sorry.

Rats! I cant seem to figure it out. :evil:
But on the bright side, I learned a lot of other cool effects :wink:
I guess Ill keep looking for the flare thing.

In photoshop there are a few ways to do it. Basicly either a fliter or a brush.

On PSP 7 it's called sunburst, and there's certain options that can get the lens flare thing working.

yea on PSP 7 go to effects===>Lighting effects=====>Sun burst or glare or lens glare or something like that

It's sun burst... and the option inside the menu is 'Circle Brightness'. Just turn off every other thing, and you just have the lens flare by itself.

I use tubes, that i downloaded cause it has good flares :)
