I dont think you really need a special animation program to do that kinnd of animation. I could do something like that in flash.

half of them have viruses so get the one that says (final)+keygen at the end... that one is safe i assure you

nothing for it im just geting good and when i am prud like i am prud of the vanu i will ask for pepol to pay

and i like flash but animation shop is alot easyer for new pepol and you dont have to go throught so much shit to make it loop
