My Latin class is going waaaaay too slowly...anyone here know Latin?
I don't have money to buy any indepentdent study material :( .

So far, I know:
1st declension
2nd masculine declension
verb conjugation
future verb tense
usage of nominative case (in the sense of subject of the sentence)
usage of genitive case (in the sense of possession)
usage of dative case (in the sense of Indirect Object)
usage of accusative case (in the sense of Direct Object, object of preposition)
usage of ablative (in the sense of 'where')
adjective rules
very basic suggested sentence structure (nominative, then accusative, then verb)
adjective to adverb conversion
usage of present infinitives

If you have something to contribute, please refrain from vocabulary except as examples of a new type of item...

Thanks!

Go buy Metamorphosis by Cicero. It's a thin book which is relatively cheap. Read that, translate it, understand it.
Now imagine something you hate. Something you truly utterly hate. Latin will surpass that and make whatever you thought of fun.

Yes, it's (almost) all greek/roman myths written in a way that one flows over into the other, like one continuing story.

Roman ripped most of their stories off places they conquered.

Yes, but usually only off of Greece.

Besides, they got cool stories too, like the one where the founders of Rome where raised by wolves...
