NON-BELIEVER!!!
Science is the only way to go, it makes everything so wonderfully futile and meaningless! And I guess it does predict how the universe works.

My guess is scientific notation. Basicly you just count the 0's. So like 1000 is 10 x 10^2. I hope that helps you.

As a little add on: 10^2 means 1 with 2 zeroes. Or 10^1023 is 1 with 1023 zeroes.
And science kicks butt. Chemistry doesn't, but that's just an exception.

I look at science as a very boring subject, but when you are performing experiments, than it can be interesting. I have about a B+ in science, but it is my worst subject for some good reasons.
Science is my lowest grade because I seriously think that you do not need to be an expert at science to get a good job because the chances are that you aren't going to be a scientist when you get a job, but if you are, this subject is important. I recommend to all of you guys to try at math, which I have a A in, even though I am not that smart in any subject. Math is something you would commonly use when you are at work or shopping for video games at the mall :P
Actually this is how I look at it, you guys might have different thoughts.

Math is a science. The two are connected in ways most of you wouldn't ever begin to suspect, but I actually do agree that grade 7-10 science is mostly useless.

Well, science in higher classes builds on that science in 7-10th grade. Imagine trying to explain something about Force and Energie if the person had no clue about mass and gravity and the such...

Well have you thought about what you just replied? Who, besides the Science teacher, would want to know about mass and gravity. And as Diamond said, 'Science is mostly useless in grades 7- 10. This is a true statement because I am in grade 7, and my math teacher says that Math is more important than Science, because in Science, you use Math and barely any other subject uses Science in it.
My math teacher is smart and I can believe what she says if she is saying that, because of the fact that I have figured it out myself. "Science is useless."

Who would want to know about mass and gravity? Mass plays an important role when dealing with energie. There's not much to know to mass, true, it was a bad example, but I have no clue what you're doing in 7th grade, I was simply assuming 10th grade turned into something a bit more... complex. And biology in 9th grade seemed important to me at least.

scientific notation? that stuff is easy as anything to me. but i'm good and math related things. also, i have a program on my ti-83 that calculates sci not perfectly. hehehehe. don't know where it is though so i can't tell you how to get it.

Yes, you need to know about mass and gravity to work with energy... however, you kind of missed the fact that they RE-TEACH those concepts, because they don't teach them properly in 7-10. 7-10 science is pointless babble, unless you take the AP courses.
