Jones in the Fastlane

not tryin to pin u for anything here, but srpg seems a lot like a game called "Jones in the Fastlane", which was an awesome game made back when Windows 3.2 or whatever was relatively new. did u model srpg after this game or somethin?

Oh, now it all comes back to me :) I also remember that game. It's so close I think skye must have copied some. You also have a factory where you start to work as janitor, a mc something where you don't need education, a message machine and a furniture shop. I don't remember a bus depot and the bar part however...

I did play Jones in the Fast Lane, and it is one of my favourites. I didn't design StickRPG with JitFL in mind, but I can't speak for my sub-concious ;)

Hmm... The message machine and the furniture shop was not in Jones in the fast lane when I think of it. Well, it was a fun game back in 1991 anyway.
