u cant kill the hobo i bought a whole bunch of beer and im still not out and time goes by as u give him beer then eventually it will be to late to give him any and he will sober by the next day

You CAN kill him. You have to be a dictator with 200 smokes items, then give him 500$. (50 clicks) An option to give smokes will appear. Give 50, and he'll die, leaving everything you gave him and a broken beer bottle (+15 melee in barfights)
