3 questions where i was absent for the lesson in which they were taught. Need to know them. Google has not helped. Pleeeeaaaase.
1. The point of concurrency of the perpendicular bisectors of a triangle is called a?
A. Centroid
B. Incenter
C. Circumcenter
2.Median is 27 inches long, what is the length from the vertex of the triangle to the centroid?
3. A Line segment from the vertex of a triangle to the midpont of the opposite side is called a?
A. Median
B. Altitude
C. Bisector

Centroid is the intersection point between two medians, I assume this is linear relations? OR not, maybe?
Circumcenter is the perpendicular bisector from 2 sides, and intersection will give you that.
I've never heard the term incenter before, but I think it's an othocenter from the looks of it. You find that by getting 2 altitudes and intersection point will tell you.

Incenter is different from orthocenter.
I hated all these -centers so I can't help you much.

An insector is the point where the angle bisectors intersect.
Now, bare with me as I try to confirm and then fill these in. Geometry was last year and I've either dumped most of the information or it's somewhere in here....
1. It's C, the circumcenter.
2. The centroid splits the median into a 2:1 ratio. So, the length from the vertex to the centroid would be 14.
3. It's an altitude. An altitude will split the opposite side in two (creating a midpoint) and create two right angles.
EDIT: Done
And here, use this (http://www.jimloy.com/geometry/centers.htm) to review the centers of a triangle and their properties as well.

1. C
Centriodhttp://www.mathopenref.com/images/trianglecenters/centroid50px.gif (http://www.mathopenref.com/trianglecentroid.html)Located at intersection of medians.
Incenterhttp://www.mathopenref.com/images/trianglecenters/incenter.gif (http://www.mathopenref.com/triangleincenter.html)Located at intersection of the angle bisectors.
Circumcenterhttp://www.mathopenref.com/images/trianglecenters/circumcenter.gif (http://www.mathopenref.com/trianglecircumcenter.html)Located at intersection of the perpendicular bisectors of the sides.
3. Median
median of a triangle is a line segment joining a vertex to the midpoint of the opposing side.
altitude of a triangle is a straight line through a vertex and perpendicular to the opposite side or an extension of the opposite side.

It even has a picture.
Not that hard to find out.
