No kidding. Now clear your cache, then right-click in the game window, go to settings, click the folder icon and slide the bar all the way to the right.

If that doesn't work, uninstall flash and download a new copy.

Or, you could try to start a new game and see if it works...

You probably have it set on a limited amount of room on your comp. after you get a promotion past salesmen it excedes that limit.
