I keep getting distracted with thoughts suddenly popping out of nowhere. It's causing concentration probs and the thoughts themselves are pretty disturbing.
This doesn't happen all the time but,I think playing video games can cause this, yet I'm still not sure.
Any suggestions?

Nothing you can really do about it, if you have a wandering mind then you have a wandering mind. Learn to ignore it.

You just have an active mind. If you're thinking about hurting yourself or others, and are concerned that you might actually consider doing it, I would recommend talking to a parent.
If it helps, I think of all sorts of things, from how hard to kick a dog that bit my leg and won't let go, to how to juggle bottles, stopping of on how somebody I saw in a picture on the internet ended up missing half of his face.

If you're on any medication, it might be causing it. Check the side effects and check with your doctor if you think it might be related to that.
Also, you might be possessed by a demon. Or the devil himself might be talking to you. I suggest wearing a cross around your neck and a clove of garlic on a bracelet - you never know when that sly devil will send a vampire after ya.
But... it's probably just the medicine. Check it. :P

I have uncontrollable thoughts...little boys and girls... why not... what if... it's so confusing at times... just try to pry away from bad thoughts... you aren't allowed to... do things... why are you hurting me daddy... why...

I mean I'm constantly thinking about integrating things, so I guess you could say I have uncontrollable thoughts too.
but I actually want to think about integration.
hmm.
Sexual thoughts? If so, why would you want to control those?

It's all caused by your lack of spaces after commas.
What kind of thoughts are these? violent thoughts? Do you think you may act out on these thoughts or are they just thoughts? I have uncontrolled thoughts all the time, horrible, disgusting, terrible things daily, things that would make some people feel sick. These kind of things I know I'd never act upon, they are just odd things from my active imagination that just kind of happen. So just try to ignore them or live with them if they are like that, if you feel compelled to act upon them, tell a parent or something and get some help if you need it.

I actually have extremely violent thoughts.
One time I actually thought strongly on crushing a baby's head with my knee.Still irritates me.
And no,I'm not taking any medicine at all.And I don't know most of my random thoughts are about killing someone or something.Hell, maybe it's a demon? O_O
Plus,it's not just about killing people I actually think of destroying/killing something I value whenever I remember them.
Exorcism time?
EDIT:And yeah I do try to ignore them, but they are constantly repeating like when you throw a ball but it just keeps coming back at you.
And since I try to ignore one, sometimes others pop and a few just bounce in my head.Because of that,my calculation has really slowed down,I just can't concentrate sometimes.

You call that violent? I sometimes contemplate tackling a person and disembowelling them with a knife I keep on me most of the times. However, if it is seriously distracting, get some medical help. If you can bottle it in without it being annoying or stressful, then you're OK. Everyone has wandering thoughts every now and then, but if it starts to interfere with your life then you need help.

Make sure you're sleeping enough, and eating (reasonably) well. I had a lot of this kinda stuff in high school - basically, the crazies would keep me from sleeping, which in turn made me crazy. Add that to the general pooptiness of school, toss in some dope, liquor and lots of caffeine, and you have a recipe for nuts .
But as soon as I got out of high school, things started to stabilize. I started sleeping properly, I became a vegetarian, my coffee dependency disappeared and I don't drink or smoke quite as much. These things are just part of growing up.

I regularily daydream and have conversations with myself while doing so. You're good, don't worry about it.
If it's actually distracting you from studying then you may want to find out how to improve studying techniques. If you were 5 years older I'd say see if your college has any courses/seminars on better studying techniques. At your age, the best you'll probably be able to do is to buy a book. Which could be quite a vicious cycle if you end up not being able to concentrate enough on the book >_>
Amateur advice: try not to overflow your brain with imagery. As you said, video games can cause attention span problems, as can movies. Try not doing anything that visually stimulates you an hour before going to bed. Pick up a book, play an instrument or do whatever it is you do without a screen. That'll give you a better night's sleep which will in turn make you more alert the following day.

Do you have any physical symptoms along with your racing thoughts? Slight tremors, elevated heartbeat, that sort of thing?

It sometimes prevents me from sleeping for hours, which I get pretty mad when I still can't get rid of it.

Yeah,I do sometimes experience slight tremors.
It's mostly affecting my sleeping,my grades are still pretty good even though exams became harder for me.

As people have said, you may just have a wandering mind. However, if it is severe, you may have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). If you're really serious and concerned, read up on it and see if it sounds like your problems.

If it's covered under insurance, then, you might want to consider visiting a doctor/psychologist. It sounds somewhat similar to the effects of a hypomanic episode. Or, as Shane said, ADD.
