Drag racer v3 saving

how can you save v3 info (offline ie tuning) so i can play on another cop with same info??

How is that not proper speech?

I would like to move the data that is stored on one computers hard drive and put it onto another computer. This is because the data is only stored locally on one computer but i would like to play it on my computer instead.

u cant do it i know someone who helped make it and in the save file it record your ip adress and if it doesnt match it wont work.
