To answer your question: I've only been playing since the link from the Main Page actually worked. As of now I have $758,696... however I'm playing easy, heh.

get a comet,get ALL up grades do whight deduction ,until 1000, then race all 500m ,750m,1000, races about 3 times each then do weight dedution ,until it gets to 100 pds. if it dosent got to 100 RACE more races.....put all gears to max

That would not be the ultimate car, every car has the same max specs. Even the Volkeswagon could be as good as that "ultimate car".

I forget what my car is... I bought it when I started and fully decked it out. I got 1 mil +++ level 100 and fully decked out in 1 night... only took me like 2 hours.
