Message Board not working?

My Visitor Message board is not working. I tried searching in Xgen forums help but couldent find it. Why do i not have a Visitor Message board?

In there you'll find an option to enable Visitor Messaging. It's disabled by default.

It's disabled by default.
Was this changed? It was already there when I registered. I didn't have to do anything.

Any accounts that already existed when the vB update that enabled them happened got them, anyone who signed up since has to enable them.

You can also disable it if you have it (like I have)
