League Matches are now Open!



League Overview
The SAB 2v2 league can be joined by anyone who is an active forum poster. To join you will need a partner, and a team name. At the bottom of this post you will see a scoreboard. You get +2.5 for a league win, and -2.5 for a league loss. This league will also be holding tournaments. To compete in tournaments, you will have to be in the league. If both yourself and your partner are banned from forums, your team may not have matches. But if only 1 of the 2 are banned, your team may join the league and have matches. You may be banned from the league for lieing about a match, providing a fake screenshot, or hacking or not following a rule. This is not a tournament. This is the league page.
How to Join
There is only one way to join the league. You must compete in a 2v2 match (against an opposing league team) to get in. Win or lose your match your team will be entered. Then you may play as many league matches as you want, to get your teams rating up. Please fill out this sign up sheet.

Tournaments
The SAB 2v2 League will hold occasional tournaments. Tournaments are a great way to get your teams rating up! Your get +5 for a tournament win and -5 for a tournament loss. But the cool part is, if your team is one of the top 4 teams, your team receives rating points. It looks like this:
+5 for tournament won round.
-5 for tournament lossed round.
+20 for 1st Place in SAB 2v2 League Tournament.
+15 for 2nd Place.
+10 for 3rd Place.
+5 for 4th Place.
Match/Tournament Rules
All Tournament/League Matches will be played this way. All will be played in Xgen HQ, nfks, no hammer camps, no meele, and no tk's. League Matches will be played in just 1 round, while Tournament matches will be played best 2/3. You are allowed to play ten League Matches per week. You can play the same team as many times as you want. If you play more than 10 matches, The ones after 10 don't count. If someone fks during a league/tournament match, you either get to punch your opponent the same amount of damage that was fked into you, or make it an auto-loss. It's your opponents decision. The winner will need to provide screenshots of them winning. If screenshots are not provided, the win will not count. Also please make a scorecard looking something like this:

5/27/09 Straightupballer+Blumpkin defeated Cris and Flu.

And add on wins and Losses to it once its made. Please have both your teammate and yourself make a scorecard. It should look almost always exactly the same unless you leave your team and join a new one. Repost your scorecard after each of your league matches.

How to Find Other Teams
There are 3 ways to find teams to play for your league matches. Either post here saying your looking for them, pm certain teams through forums, or look in game.

Leaving Certain team/Joining
I understand that certain players may want a new teammate, due to lack of playing of partner or other reasons. In this case, you lose 5 rating points but of course may gain them back with your new partner. So it would be smart to pick a good active partner your first try around. Also if you leave a team, you will be banned from League Matches for 5 Days. So This encourages you to stay with your partner. One Exception is if your partner retires, you will only lose 2.5 rating points and not be banned from the league.
