Hi guys,

its me black,bad,slasher. Today i want to get all of you people involved in something. we all agree that hackers should be banned. Unfortunately i have been noticing that a few of my friend's accounts have been taken over by random people who don't have a life!!!

i know about some of, you not mentioning any names; make passwords which are to obvious for those hackers to guess. i suggest make a complicated pass which only you know the answer to. SORRY THIS MIGHT HAVE BEEN A BIT OBVIOUS

Luckily i have a solution for you if your account gets hacked. Sincere apologies if this does not work but it is your best chance.

If your account had a lab pass and got hacked, i would suggest you email the receipt and your acc name to shop@xgenstudios.com and hopfully you will get your account back.

Please reply. as far as i know it has worked :)

Yeah it was a bit obvious and as you already said this only helps if you have a lab pass. I guess it doesn't hurt to remind people though this wasn't really needed.

I only buy a month at a time so whoever tries to get my pass account will only get it for ashort time. And it isn't a great loss of money.
I also like getting the map slot...:rolleyes:

Misleading thread title.

Also, people's accounts aren't "hacked," the passwords were simply guessed or the victim fell for a scam attempt.

This thread did help me however with one thing. I now know the e-mail address for the place that you have to e-mail your lab pass reciept to so that way I can be more specific when people tell me that their account was stolen.

Actually like i said if you had a labpass you email the receipt and your hacked sab name to shop@xgenstudios.com so technically you have beaten the hacker because their task is to take your account; but they have failed because you managed to get it back :cool: :D
