Grunty's Review of DYC: iPhone/iTouch

This game is $1.99 of pure, unfiltered fun. I personally don't own a iPhone/iTouch, but my friend does. And he has it. And it's amazing. I started on Heroic Mode, and the only reason I stopped was because my friend wanted his iTouch back. It's more addictive than Nicotine. My friend plays DYC more than any other App on his iTouch, and he has games like Field Runners and Jelly Car. There is only 1 downside I found while playing. The touch screen detection isn't the best, but it could easily be fixed with a patch. But this game probably has about a 10 Hour Lifespan, but for a Arcade-Style game, for $1.99, it is extremely sufficient. And plus, even if it does get boring, you have a million other apps you can try out anyways.

Every friend I have recommended it to has loved it.
I played it on a friends touch and didn't give it back for the next hour (and thats only because the battery went flat)

Shame I cant play it on my ppc...

Well, they do have iPhone/iTouch Emulators. It would be illegal to pirate said emulators or said DYC on iPhone/iTouch.

Yes but there are no emulators for PDA (unless you know of one, which can you PM me) it's the touch screen part that is the part I like.
I would play the original version on touch screen if it came to it.

I'm quite hapy to pay the £1.50 or whatever it costs at the moment for the game. It's the £120 price tag for the ipod that is what puts me off buying one. My PDA is a hand-me-down from my dad.

So far everyone who I have recommended it to has found it as there most favourite game and spend 90% of there time on the ipod playing it.

Just bought the game today and I must say one word.

Epicness.

The game itself has wonderful feature, but you should add more >;)
Wonderful gameplay and wonderful power.

(-1 for the semi-boring gameplay *i mean come on..4 types? *Monster, bomber, stick-figure, stick-figure + battle ram*)

Suggestion- Add more enemies -_- the game gets very boring after a while..(just after playing it for 30 minutes)

If you can add "Sale days" that way people will buy the game more and tell friends about it :)

Personally, although I bet I'll get flamed for saying this, I've never liked any DYC type games, I tend to get bored in about 5 mins.. :/

This is a great review of the game to give people who may or may not be thinking of getting this game, very nice.If I had a Wiiwhich I thought about getting for awhile this guide help me make my decision weather to get it or not.

It's alright. Not addictive by any means. I do reccomend you buy it, but don't expect it to be the game you play the most. The games I have the most play Time on are: doodle jump, need for speed undercover, and nova. But Doodle jump is definately the most addictive.
