Yeah, gone there three years in a row. The purpose of this is to get the rest of the world aware that it really happened and that Turkey is just giving you baloney. America is like the bandwagon starter, right after it agrees that Armenian Genocide did happen (8 more states to go) other countries should jump into bandwagon making Turkey compensate for what they have done to my nation.

Turkey though, is tries to lengthen the process to pay less in the end. The survivors of Armenian Genocide are declining in numbers and many of them don't have families.

Pics of the march later.

So, if I may ask, what comes after awareness?

Western Armenia back and compensation like Jews got after the Holocaust.

So, the idea is to give them a smallish nation, a strong military, and a minority that they can oppress and we can downplay in the media?

Sounds spiffy.

Man the Armenian quarter in Jerusalem is a huge downer.
Posters about the genocide everywhere and everyone there looks clinically depressed.
That was actually the only thing I noticed about there, it's a really weird place.

Wait, Armenians are the minority, I don't see how they could oppress a nation with ~71M people.

Yeah, there is a huge difference of what is happening in LA and rest of the world where Armenians reside. In LA it's more like a carnival where everyone yells slogans, protests and such. However in Armenia there is no protest, it's a quiet mass of people going to the monument whole day and night, remembering the sorrow and grief that was inflicted upon their ancestors.

I think he's referring to the Israeli's cruel oppression of the Palestinian people, what with their equal rights and full representation and participation in government, and their bordering-on-socialism welfare to which they contribute almost nothing, and yet draw more than 4 times as much as their Jewish or Druze counterparts.

Definitely something that needs to be resolved. Almost 100 years in the process.

Wow,like get rid of those genocide stories. They lost much much more then the armenians lost.

Plus research it,The Ottomans and Armenians have been in peace for centuries. The Russians and other enemies was in war with the Ottoman Empire back then and used everything to beat them.AND I MEAN EVERYTHING.Is there no justice here? Muslims are being suppressed and criminated all over the globe.

Plus, this is the happening of the Ottoman Empire not Turkey. The king was overthrown after the WWI you know.Plus even if this was the Ottoman King's fault which it isn't the King had to flee to Italy and he lived a life in very bad conditions because he had almost no money.

If you blame Turkey for that,go blame Russia,China. They killed millions of people.

The Soviet Empire under the control of Stalin killed 20 million people.

Mao Zedong and his Communist Movement killed 30 million more.Plus what's happened has happened already what your doing will change very little.Go and work on something meaningful, some other way to make your nation a better place.

Your just testing their tolerance and patience.

Wait, Armenians are the minority, I don't see how they could oppress a nation with ~71M people.

To be precise it's about 75M.

See what happens when you let music form your political views? It happened, it sucks, remember and move on. It happened 96 years ago.

I heard somewhere that it's illegal to claim the genocide happened when you're in turkey, but it's also illegal to claim it didn't happen when you're in armenia.

No hundreds of Turks claimed the genocide ,the only thing they got is the words of the Prime Minister which classified the situation as a 'mistake'.

Don't know about Armenia.

And one more reason it's kinda useless to blame Turkey for this:The Turks were only 10% of the population of The Ottoman Empire.

You are all, horrible, horrible people.

And you're a whining female dog who can't get over the crap that Hitler has done to the jews, even though you have never personally felt the consequences and will still reply to this message with the meaningless crap about how your grandparents suffered and thus your parents did and thus you do or whatever bull you have in your mind. In fact, you're probably thinking I'm a fascist or a communist. Well, you are a horrible person.

I personally feel the consequences of not knowing all the uncles and aunts, all the cousins, all of the family that could've been.
I have friends who do know the family that the have, and have grandparents who treat themselves badly, grandparents that starve themselves because they feel bad about having enough to eat, and they can't bear to be around them because of the emotional scars that are still so fresh, even decades later.

Once we "get over" what Hitler did to the Jews, or what the Turks did to the Armenians, then we can start supporting the people that preach doing it again, these people exist, and they have supporters, once you start treating past genocide casually, you're ready to once again stand by idly, like so many "innocent" Germans and Poles did in WW2, while innocent people are massacred for something they did not do.

This is all so very relevant because of the rising Muslim population of Britain, and I'm not talking about Muslims kill European Jews, I'm talking about White Europeans killing Muslims.
Unless these events are burnt into the conscience of human society those horrible events of 60 years ago will repeat themselves and just like then, millions will stand by and do nothing.

edit: also you're from Estonia, and everyone knows Estonians are stupid faggots.

That's kinda racist.

Plus go look more than 60 million people were killed in 20th Century.

The 20th Century's events were just very unfortunate misshappenings.

END OF STORY.
