........were to use mochicrypt for SAB wouldnt that patch all the trainers?
Or at least most of the current hacks?
They already change the variables (daily?) on a regular bases, it just doesn't work. They just find the new variables. They break the encryptions, find the variable, change it.

The problem is with the flash player itself..its just not secure..anyone with some knoledge can find any value and change it in the player..and if you have some more expertise and take your time to find security holes to mess up with the server..well..it gives ahell of a headache to the devs to figure out wtf happened.

that's not the problem at all either, I'll have to do a writeup sometime to make it easier for people to see where the problem actually is

It has partly to do with the fact that XGen uses a client-authorative model for MMOcha. MMOcha is basically just a hyped-up broadcast server.

Jonanin, you hit the nail on the head. The problem is that XGen is using the wrong approach for Stick Arena. They assume that if they obfuscate their protocol and the client they won't have any hacking, when all they need to do is limit themselves to commands like startMoveInDirection and stopMoveInDirection with the server figuring out how much to move so that speed hacks can't repetitively fire moveInDirection packets.
Also, SWF protection is a joke. Adobe needs to make their ActionScript VM based on LLVM.
