My suggestion:

Map Editor only has four types of ground thingies right?
So my idea is to make different ground thingies
(ground thingies I mean like the void, construction,office)

Eg.: Jungle: Lot of trees mostly green or soil and tents
Cemetery: Dark, mostly epitaphs and hands sticking out

You get the point so start writing Map Editor suggestions

I believe it's a new tileset. Hell, maybe it's also a few extra additions to the current tilesets. I don't know. Like I said, the full details on this matter are just rumors.

The new tileset should be a winter theme constuction.
With snowman, snow, and ice tiles to slide on. The ice tiles would hump up your speed though that's the point of it. I see problems with that because a sledge guy will get a sliding person.
I like that tileset.

Annoying. Tiles should not affect gameplay except as either walls or areas that you cannot walk over.

He is talking about when you go to make your map, it let's you choose the background that you want your map based on. Their is currently office, construction, space, and something else.

Yes, it only has 4: Space (Void), Construction, Office, and Sewer. A 5th one is in the process of being made, but we don't know what theme it will be yet.
