I don't think the game needs a lot of space. Just a castle, stickmen and HUD.

You can touch the 5x radius of the stickmen too if you want, lul, it'd still work.
I see no problem in creating this game for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Try Pocket God. It works pretty well.

If they can make a game for the iPhone that is the same Genre as Xeno Tactic, with all the same elements, win awards such as Best Hand held Game, and considered as good as GTA4, then I think the iTouch/iPhone can play DYC.
