Decent suggestion. Not the biggest suggestion in SA history, fool. Brass knuckles would be cooler, but not really possible in this game since you don't even have visible hands. Also, shanking is okay but there must always be a way to use your fists.

I've always considered it strange that you will be faster when running around with a katana? why is that, does swinging a piece of flat metal make you have a better balance so you can run faster?

First off this was in legits, hackpacks etc.. on old sa. It isn't your idea it already has been thought of.

It doesn't matter to me if it does the same damage and has the same speed, basically it is a waste of time. XGen could fix more important things then changing the fists to a pocketknife (which they probably all ready thought of.)

The best part about the knife is the cool sound it makes.

The first time I ever saw or heard about the knife was when someone told me there was a hacker is some room and I looked, and it was jared/kazuma knifing like 50 times a second. It was pretty cool.

I like this idea. As long as it is just an animation change than it should be ok. People should be able to buy different animations like this one at the ballistick shop for like 500 cred or 1000 cred. And i don't think it really should be lab pass exclusive. Maybe some more expensive upgraded animations should be for lab pass users, but there should be a few availiable for non lab pass members. Other animations for different weapons would be great too.

With the knife, the speed is going to be a little slower than the fists. Due to the time is takes to pull out the pocketknife, attack, etc.

You can actually use your fists more efficiently, 2 fists = 1 knife. But overall, it's a good idea.

You can't request a lock on a thread by just saying "request lock" or as some people do it, "-request lock-". It's basically spam. There is a report button for you to report a thread if it needs locking, or you can go to a moderator and tell them that that a thread needs to be locked for whatever reason. I don't even see this thread as a reason to be locked. It's still an active suggestion thread that is still getting opinions and thoughts about it.
