SAS Zombie Assault (http://www.xgenstudios.com/play/saszombieassault) puts you in the shoes of a stranded soldier in the middle of a particularly nasty outbreak of the living dead. Nothin' beats filling up walking corpses with streams of hot lead.

Microsoft's Songsmith has been receiving some mixed opinions. From the laughably cheesy Introduction video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oGFogwcx-E), and to the interesting remixes (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypycpKQxXR0) of existing songs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVMfpne6aEc) that simply sound utterly bizarre (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1e_h1OJfS4), we can at least get some entertainment out of it.

Here's an example (http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=-dvZP1XGf8I) of the extreme fanaticism that some WiiWare DYC fans have been exhibiting; these guys have managed to legitimately play up to Level 500 in Defend Your Castle (http://www.xgenstudios.com/defend-your-castle/) on the Wii. It's amazing those guys got to level 500, but I guess they just let archers and mages do a lot of the work.

Songsmith is pretty cool, I just don't like it too much. Your voice sounds weird while you use it.

I don't like the game. It doesn't have a great concept and the controls are OK. I wish I could just hold down my mouse in order to shoot instead of repeatedly clicking.

The game's concept is a little (As in way to much) overused, and I couldn't see the zombies at all.

After seeing the intro vid, I've always thought that people should stop bashing songsmith and give it a shot themselves..but now that I've listened to actual remixes from it, they sounded way to repetitive for me. Meh, maybe if you could change it a bit every stanza, that'd be something..

Ninjakiwi doing zombie games! Whoa! The graphics and the sound was a bit scary, I thought it was creative when you have to fix the base yourself in real-time when the zomibes rushhhh in. :o but this made it really annoying that the radar wouldn't show which walls were broken down, though.
