Hardest game?

What are the hardest games that you played? And i'm talking about games that you think are unplayable because of their difficulty.

Here's what i think takes the cake: The touhou series. You probably never heard of it, but all you need to know is that the normal difficulty of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil makes Doom's nightmare difficulty look like kid's stuff. In fact, i was even looking for a program that acts like a Game Genie for the PC, just so i could play EoSD.

You'll have to waste a bomb just to dodge Sakuya's knives.

However, PCB is slightly more playable in comparison to the other games, since you'll be saved by occasional framerate drops (which slows down the game), as well as Supernatural border (from time to time, you'll be temporarily immune to a single hit. If you don't get hit in that timeframe, you gain a bonus, but in the later levels, you're better off wasting that bonus.)

Super Ghouls and Ghosts for the SNES. I dare you to try beating it. Oh, and when you think you're done, you have to beat every stage over again with a really bad weapon. So it's harder the second time around.

It takes so long to beat it because of so many songs. It takes me like 2 hours just to complete 7 gigs. Every time you complete a gig, 2-3 more appear.

Super mario 64 took me about 8 years. 120 stars is hard to get. been playing since i was 7. but i took breaks and played other games too but i just kept coming back to it.

The Shadow Temple? Nah, that's really easy. I couldn't really call OoT or OoT:MQ hard. The hardest part of those games would probably be some of those puzzles in the Spirit Temple though.

I'd say the hardest real game (those you pay for) I've played is the Legend of Zelda for the second quest. I mean seriously, everything's all mixed up, bubbles take your sword away until you bump into another one, and the monsters come so much earlier!

Oh and Majora's Mask was harder too. Not only were great bay temple and stone tower were hard as hell, but then there's that ####ing time limit of 72 hours (Hour and 12 minutes in real time)!!

Another game that's hard is Zombies Ate My Neighbors. I beat it although I cheated and used Game Genie.

Metroid Prime. I keep getting stuck and not knowing what to do, then stop playing for a few months, and when I find out how, the Memory Card is gone. Then I stop playing for a while, we get new memory card, cycle starts again. Before I started playing it for the fourth time around, I hadn't played it for a year or so.

Even if your hitbox is only 1 pixel, with all those ####ing bullets flying everywhere, you're probably gonna get game over pretty quick, especially since it takes 10 minutes of non-stop shooting to drop the boss.
