MGS4 for Xbox 360?

I was on google a couple days ago and found a confirmation of MGS4 Guns of the Patriots coming to Xbox 360 in 2009.
Is Konami messing with our heads or is it true?

Thats werid because there was a video somewere that had the Konami producer and a Microsoft devolper talking and all the normal crap and then the guy from Microsoft asked "Is MGS4 coming to 360?" and the Konami guy said "It will be coming out in 2009 and it will have exclusive content and gameplay the PS3 doesnt have."

You'd think that would be big news, and not something hidden away in some obscure video, no? Unless you can track down this supposed video, I'm not buying it.

I mean, the game is close to 50 gigs (2-3 discs if ported, I think) and specifically designed around the cell processor - porting it to 360 would require a massive redesign.

It'd be nice if it got ported, seeing as it's a great game and more people would be able to play it, but I really doubt it'll happen.

it would be nice because
1:the xbox players who cant afford the 500 dollar PS3 can play one of the best video games ever made
2:the xbox players could get a break from some boring game like FEAR or Halo(not saying they are boring)
3:it could be one of the only good games that are released for 360

It can't be big news if the team is unsure about doing it. But it's not too hidden, either. If you recall, during the mid-game Otacon does ask you to switch the disk but realizes you're using a blue-ray. They wouldn't put that there if they prehaps wanted to later recreate the game in a more disks form. Or it's one bad joke giving you the convenience of blue-rays.

MGS4 for the 360 would be absolutely awesome and so equally unlikely. Seeing how much of a perfectionist Kojima is and how ports are often plagued by problems and imperfections, I don't see this getting his stamp of approval. On top of the actual effort to port it, of course.

Of course it was a joke >_< Why would they put a feature like that into the game if they have to overwork it anyway in order to get it to run on an XBox360? That's something they could easily add in for the port.

It's a reference to Metal Gear Solid. In that same location back in the old MGS for Playstation, you had to switch discs. Inside joke, I guess.

I saw some sort of Rumor control article on Gamespot which hints the possibility of a metal gear solid game, but i doubt that it would be MGS4. I'm guessing that Konami's working on a Metal Gear spin-off for the 360.
