Nah, not quite to that status yet, but gimme five more years or so. As of now I am a middle aged goat.

I was an original geek, fooling round with computers when they were monstrosities hidden away in huge basement rooms with twenty ton air conditioning units straining to remove all the waste heat. They had individual transistors, a few vacuum tubes and about as much computing power as a modern Scientific hand held calculator. Late at night when the systems were idle and no one was looking over our shoulders we coded games and played them.

Been addicted ever since, both to gaming and technology. I owned the first PC in the town I was living in many years ago, bought the second Nintendo unit sold where I was, spent 23 ½ hours straight through beating Zelda, and so on. I keep a small handheld game in the bathroom with Tetris on it, for those times when certain actions don't go as rapidly as they should.

Anymore I don't game as much, writing eats up too much time.
