Do you need certain requirements to buy a house or do you need to buy it at a certain time or on a certain day because i have $3417265 and when i go to buy a house it doesn't work why not?

are you sure you have THAT much? but no, you don't need requirements. you just buy it. i bought the castle as my first house.
