How can I make my own forum?

Okay, I have a website that shall not be named since that is advertising. I have been having a lot of trouble trying to get a free forum. Any help please?

If you dont have a server then go to the following sites:

Phpbb forums are always good. I suggest you goto http://www.phpbbforfree.com/ - (Phpbb) as its simple to use. Its very good aswell and lots of storage space. Theres many websites out there which say that they do it all free but when it comes down to it, you'll probally have to pay a small fee. This is absoultly free. You can pay for hosting but i dont think thats required if your just starting your forum now. Have Fun!

Ok, here is what to do. I am assuming you have a VERY high I.Q. level based on that post, therefor I won't need to write too many details.

First, get yourself a host with MySQL Databases and FTP access.

Now, use your FTP program to upload all of the phpbb forum files.

Once those are done, run the install.php (I think that is it).

Fill out all the required fields.

Click submit.

Now, delete install.php

Now, CHMOD all the appropriate files and folders.

There ya go! Your very own forums!

Change the file permission of confiq.php to 666

Once those are done, run the install.php.

Fill out all the required fields.

Click submit.

Now, delete the install and contrib foldes

Now, Revert the file permission of confiq.php to 644

There ya go! Your very own forums!

Go for Forumotion.com, Ive been on Forumotion forums for about 5 years, the support forum is good, and they are easy to set up, and doing the graphics/coding for them couldnt be any easier
