No,no you can not.

Sure you can. You just have to determine what that picture's web address is.

Of course, most websites frown down upon crosslinking, so make sure you check to see that it appears as it should.

Right click > Properties > Address

You can also just save it and attach it, rather than uploading it.

Yeah I find it easier to attach an image, bicause /img tags don't seem to work.

They work perfectly. You just have to put the image URL in the tags, not the url of the web page the image is on.

Edit: Ughhh I used img tags....and put that in. I went to the image right clicked, properties, image properties, and highlighted it.

That's a website, that automatically generates a thumbnail. You need the URL of the image itself.
