I'm curious as to how this is done. I ended up here by looking for information on something unrelated: the credits. I noticed SMB3W4, and wondered if that was someone's handle or a weird reference to Super Mario Bros. 3 World 4. Putting it in Google one of the only things I found was the YouTube video. Being that it's giant mode, I take it to be the Super Mario Bros. 3 World 4 reference. However, the YouTube video didn't say anything about how to activate it, so I searched Google for other places stickluvr45 might have said, and this is the only other place I see him making mention of it.

Since the YouTube video specifically said SMB3W4 I wonder if that has anything to do with activating it? Of course there's nowhere to enter alphanumerics into the game, and trying to click on that text in the credits did nothing either.

There may be an unmentioned feature that allows you to plug in a USB keyboard and use it on the title screen to type in the cheat.

Or maybe you hold down + and - while clicking new game. I'd try these myself, but I don't have the game.

Just saw this thread and decided to research it.

Steps to activate huge stick figures:

1.Press "credits"

2.Wait until "SMB3W4" appears

3.Press SMB3W4

4. Enjoy!

Ha, this does work. I thought I'd tried that before, but my pointer aim must've been awful.
