Noob Question

Err... How do you buy new houses? When I click on one it doesnt do anything and my house didnt change...And I have enough money...

Thats not much of a description.

And if it's low enough, I believe it doesn't look like a new house.

For example when you get the castle, it gives you a new home and look.
