What is KoL? (http://www8.kingdomofloathing.com/static.php?id=whatiskol) Yes, it's a text game, but it's comedy and strategy needed to excel largely makes up for that.
I know that many of you have played this game before, and so I hope that you guys return. There's been many changes to the game, most notably NS13, that will make the game feel newish.

KoL is a really good game. I played it for two years. The only thing I dislike about is that you always have to wait a day for your adventures to go up.

In order to access it, the previous run must have been Hardcore (http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Hardcore) within NS13 (http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/NS13) and must not have "used" ten-leaf clovers (http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Ten-leaf_clover) before freeing the king (http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Defeating_The_Naughty_Sorceress#Free_King_Ralph_XI ). I didn't have much trouble getting the gear myself, but it would take a while for me to gear up everyone else, when they're perfectly capable of doing so themselves.

But that's not to say I won't give out other goodies. Once I start making at least 100k a day farming (I'm at around 50 right now) Some peeps have gotten to 400k/day...), I'll start spoiling you guys.

I went as high as 35k/day then stopped playing. Donated to clan 5k a day.

By Clan Lobby I meant the Rumpus Room and by adding meat stuff I meant that you add the meat tree which gives 1.5k.

Turtle Tamer, under the mongoose, methinks. I'm did it for the passive skill Amphibian something. It's the one that gives +5 lbs to familiar. I'll be doing a couple of HC runs, and then take a shot at HCO once I've got the skills that will keep it from taking 2 months to complete.

You get a permament skill every time you ascend. If your previous run was a Soft, then it's marked as Soft perm. If it was HC, it's Hard perm.

You can use Soft and Hard perms in Softcore runs, but you can only use Hard perms in Hardcore runs.

3 days in HC, level 6. I'd be leveling faster, but I need to farm some areas for items that I'll need later on, and it's taking awhile.

Barrel full of Barrels is really helping alot. I get my daily booze and booze ingredients there; read the wiki article on it if you want some tips on adventuring there.

It's simple. Each quadrant (there's 9) holds a certain type of item : Booze, Stats, Restorative. Each row will contain one quadrant of each type. The top row gives good items, the bottom bad items, and the middle gives mediocre.
I only go for the Booze on the 1st and 2nd row. Anything else is a waste.

Hambot, these 4 days the most epic things happened to me.

I got:

64k win in the betting game.
Smile of Mr.A from Kingdom of Buffing.
Opened a mall which already gave me 80k.
Got a display case in Cannon Museum.
Got 3 trophies.
And my bartender exploded leaving me some crappy stuff.

6 days in my first HC run. And I've already made some crappy mistakes, and wasted maybe 30 or so adventures so far in the wrong place looking for something I already had >.>

Got my Bartender and Chef set up, which took awhile, but ought to be worth it. PvP is useful, with the 10 flowers I get daily from lower level HC players, which I use to make flower pies(omnomnomnom), or schnapps(rarely).

Level 7 as of now. 544 turns in. Wow, ~90 adventures a day, that surprises me.
Next run I'll go DB, because w/o Moxie as your main stat, speeding through the game is tougher. Plus, I want me some Advanced Booze skills perm'd.
