I feel like I am going to die

Before you get all "Go see a doctor..whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" hear me out. I don't want to go to a doctor, I can not go to a doctor.Just hear me out.

Symptoms: Nasea, headache, light sensitivity, vertigo, "iratabillity" (so I'm told), extreme head rushes (to the point where I need to keep my head down to walk), fever, memory issues, appitite loss, and sore eyes.

any thoughts appreciated, don't "go to a doctor" me.

Edit: When I blink, my eyes feel cold and I see brilliant colors.

EDIT: After looking at webmd, I am not dizzy, its more of vertgo.

UPDATE: Occasionally dripping blood from my mouth now. I am going to doctor in few days. Im very worried.
UPDATE2: Vomiting. Hard. And its not usual vomit, its like black. I'm ####in scared.

Do you feel a lack of balance when you tilt your head to the side? You probably have a vertigo. Which means you likely have an ear infection. Or a brain tumor.

Try sleeping. If it doesn't get better, than go see a doctor. The problems outweigh having to tell a doctor you smoked some weed.

As Hex said, your doctor is legally bound to confidentiality concerning your diagnosis and anything that you discuss with him, just as a lawyer is exempt from testifying against his client. Seeing how you're 17, I don't even know if he has a right to tell your parents.

Go see a doctor. There is no reason in the world why you shouldn't. Especially the memory loss can be a symptom of something worse than fever or lack of sleep. Putting it off could make it get worse and then you're going to wish you went to a doctor.

WHOA. Do you have insomnia? Is something overly stressing you out or what? Get some sleep or take some sleep aid, something like Tylenol-PM or Unisom. It won't give you 'real' sleep, but 31 hours awake is pretty serious stuff to be concerned about. Oh, and if it gets worse and you wish to live another day, GO AND SEEK A DOCTOR. It's the best advice anyone will ever give you if you're out of options.

On the other hand, if it doesn't stop, you should seek medical help OR keep taking medication for 3-4 days and sleep a lot without getting up that many times, if that doesn't work, then good luck with whatever your going to do next, man.
