It's frames its always a bit jumpy

Well maybe you should make it smoother. Animation for the most part is down to experience and ability. You can't really be taught it.

raise the framerate..about 30 is as smooth as you want..you need to make more frames and file size gets up too.

Use a high frame rate such as 30 and make the movements of the character (say a stickman walking) small each frame. This'll make it much more smoother.
