It's your title. It changes based on the number of posts that you have. Click http://forums.xgenstudios.com/showthread.php?t=24838 for a complete list of ranks. Anything that isn't there is a custom rank (don't ask how to get them).

You don't, they have stopped giving out customs. If your lucky contact an admin and Maybe they will give you one.

No, if it says Banned, that means they are banned from the forums. Unless it is ".:Dragon:.", ".:Dragon:." has a custom title that says "banned"
