Im new to this incredibly addictive game and cant figure out wot the mobile phone does? It says to establish contact with other cities, but how? any help or info on it wud be appreciated. cheers

no idea... i was wondering what it does too, i finished the game, did all you can, but i never used it, so can someone please explain why is that?

First off, read the FAQ. That's what it's there for. It is (AUTO) which means it works on its own. Just buy it. $200 or something. Really cheap. It's the only way you can sell drugs in other cities.
