Private messages are private.

You can choose to stop receiving them or add a user to your ignore list if you are having a problem.

Yes, but I do believe abuse and harrasment are against the rules. It would be just like saying "He quoted you so hes only flaming you so just ignore him".

They are against the rules when posted on the forum. Private messages are not posted on the forum. They are private.

So... if private messages are private, and thus non-bannable offences...
Lets assume for one moment, Chejrw, that you still recieved PMs. Alright. So, lets say I PM you some hardcore porn. So, after you're done staring, would you technically be able to ban me for it?

I've already been banned for that stuff...

So you're basically promoting flaming via pms? I can send people links to the Pain Olympics and not get banned?

I think hes saying that you shouldn't flame in PMs but he can't really get you in trouble for it. Unless someone quotes the PM and posts it or shows a mod/admin...?

No. The mods have said MANY times, if you want to flame, take it to the PMs. Even if you quote them, there's nothing they can do. Unless what you're quoting has porn, in which case you're banned.
