I got some new skin, I have to get a new feel for it, but at least it is a bit darker then my old skin (I was practically white as paper!).

The forum, like most vBulletin forums, uses the default skin due to it's low bandwidth consumption and compatibility with all versions and modifications.

It is unlikely to ever change.
