Why I try to play flash games nowa days it looks something like this:

I didn't know where this should've been. Should this be here(Newbs help), Games, or Computer Tech?
I tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling Adobe Flash player but that doesn't sem to work. But just in case I used the wrong site to download Flash player from, can somebody give me a link to where I can download Adobe flash Player 9?
