I just started a new game with heyzeus and I have over 700 in all stats, castle, I hotwired the car too. But I havent gotten the call 4 prez or dictator. Yes, I know I'm a noob and this is my 1st post. Please help

You need higher stats, and you need either pure good or pure evil karma.

You don't need higher stats; if you have over Seven Hundred in each you should be fine. Just get the money and you'll get the call.

No, you need over 785 to be dictator.
