I think that a group of people should join together and try to fix the problem of n00bs spamming and not reading the FAQ, etc. We should tell them WHERE to read the FAQ, HOW to search.

We could check out their posts and if they are meaningful and have good grammar, et cetera, we would let them in. That would make sure we are not letting in n00bs or bad posters and/or bad examples.
