if u got the message and ran for prez and now are prez, can u turn into a dictator if u beome completely evil?

the only reason i ran for prez is because i heard that if you got the message and then didnt run then you couldnt become dictator

I have a question... How can "both" be better? It makes no sense (I'm talking about the poll).

Besides, they're identical, except that the requirements differ a little (100 karma for pres, and at least 780+ stats and -100 karma for dictator).
