I need 2 things to learn, one is how do you make a picture with your sig instead of text, and how do I make a flash sig?

Flash sigs don't work right now, so don't bother.

As for static image sigs, just make an image in paint/photoshop/etc and host the image somewhere. Then put the URL between IMG tags in your sig.

There are a million free web hosts out there. You don't need a website, just a place to store files that are accessable via the web

photobucket.com is great for storing pictures and whatnot.
