no, easy solution-
newb- one who just joined but follows the rules. Ex.- RemusoRay, G3k0.
n00b- someone who just joined that completely disregards rules and is annoying.
Ex.- too many to list, many are in this topic.

if you think about it, its more of a person who doesnt know, but is too stupid to try to find out on their own (ie. lack of conviction). That, and it's a person who is inexperienced with forums/games/anything requiring a certain IQ/skill level. People who think that they'll get a better answer if they ask 50 people also fall into this category.
