How do you create one? Well, you can use programs such as MS paint, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, but you have to be pretty experienced if you want them to look cool.

just as a little advice- for some people (including myself) excessive amounts of smileys/question marks/exclamation points are incredibly annoying.

I'm assuming you mean photoshop.

You can get it from Adobe directly - go to www.adobe.com

Or it's available in many computer stores.
