Gesture: Down, Up (do a needle gesture, then go back across the line you just crossed.

Its a knight, a chess piece.

Meant to be taken out or easter egg?

Wow, nice find, how did you find it?

The spell doesn't really do anything, I have a full mana bar and I can't summon it.

You need to unlock it like all other spells probably. But you cant?

The gesture for ultipacifist is down-right-up-left.

it has the same symbol as the ulti pacifist, maybe some glitch so that that spell has two ways to cast?

The symbol for it is actually a U. But on the left side of the chart, well... more of a "backwards" U.
