The video says it's DOOM, but the dude who posted it was an idiot. It's Wolfenstein 3D, the lesser-known FPS that id made before DOOM.

It's not impossible. I've seen Halo on a graphing calculator. Not exactly the easiest thing to play and it uses up memory fast...but it works.

I'm sorry to say, Joest, but that's not wolfenstein 3d. Wolfenstein 3d had better graphics and a much higher resolution and could never run on a TI-83. (I see no Nazi flags anywhere.) It doesn't have the processing power. Thus, it's also not Doom. It's a cleverly coded game which resembles Doom. (Or Wolfenstein if you wish).
And it's not possible to play Halo on a graphing calculator. A standard TI-83 Silver Edition only runs at a clock speed of 15MHz. I don't care what resolution you're at, even the Halo engine without a GUI would take up more than a 15MHz ZiLOG to even run at one tenth of standard speed.

I had Zelda on my TI-83 Plus for a while. That was good fun. It's an incomplete fan-made game using some sprites from Link's Awakening.
Not as cool as Link's Awakening on an iPod though. I had that going at one point, and confused some people with it. Also had Doom (the real Doom) and a static version of Wikipedia on there. Thank you iPod Linux.

I've seen my friend play that type of game on a TI-84.
When it is downloaded, it's called Doom.

Wow, that's awesome! Wolfenstein 3d used to be my favorite game when I was about 6 or 7 years old. I beat all 6 episodes on "I am Death Incarnate" difficulty.

The games are modified, obviously.
